SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Domestic Shipping

Please allow 2-3 business days to process and ship your order.

We use UPS and Fedex shipping. A tracking number will be provided via email when your order is processed.

We are not responsible for orders once they leave our warehouse. We provide the tracking numbers for all orders and any delivery issues (including but not limited to stolen, lost, or damaged packages) should be made aware to the shipping service used for your order.

A signature is required to ensure safe delivery for your order.

International Shipping

All international orders are FINAL SALE.

Duties and taxes must be paid by the customer upon arrival.

Returns and exchanges

Customers can return eligible products within (5) days of purchase.

Certain products are non-returnable (including, but not limited to, “Final Sale” items, accessories, launch product, collaboration product, and international orders.

Final Sale Items” include sale items, hats, socks, collaborative footwear releases, and other items listed as not returnable.

IN ADDITION, IF WE REASONABLY DETERMINE THAT A PURCHASED PRODUCT THAT MIGHT OTHERWISE BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN WAS ORDERED THROUGH THE USE OF A ROBOT OR OTHER AUTOMATIC DEVICE OR SOFTWARE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, IN OUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO REFUSE ANY SUCH RETURN, TO REFUSE TO OFFER ANY REFUND, AND/OR TO CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE.

Exchanges will ONLY be made for the correct item or size.
