Domestic Shipping
Please allow 2-3 business days to process and ship your order.
We use UPS shipping. A tracking number will be provided via email when your order is processed.
We are not responsible for orders once they leave our warehouse. We provide the tracking numbers for all orders and any delivery issues (including but not limited to stolen, lost, or damaged packages) should be made aware to the shipping service used for your order.
Cancellations for any reason are prohibited.
International Shipping
All international orders are FINAL SALE.
Duties and taxes must be paid by the customer upon arrival.
We do not ship Nike, Jordan Brand, and Vans internationally.
Returns and Exchanges
Customers can return eligible products within (5) days of your delivery date. Refunds are provided in the form of GRINMORE gift cards, minus a 10% restocking fee. If Checkout+ was not purchased at checkout, the cost of return shipping will also be deducted from your refund.
Checkout+
Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides both free return shipping and package protection for your order.

Free Return Shipping: If you need to return an eligible item, your return shipping label is covered at no additional cost.

Package Protection: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim and, upon approval, receive a same-item replacement at no extra cost.

Checkout+ cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in gift card or refund amounts.

Coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

Checkout+ is available on US orders only.
Certain products are non-returnable (including, but not limited to, "Final Sale" items, accessories, launch product, collaboration product, and international orders.
"Final Sale Items" include sale items, clearance items, discounted (including coupon use) items, hats, socks, collectible toys, collaborative footwear releases, launch product, EQL raffles, and other items listed as not returnable. Final Sale items are not eligible for return regardless of whether Checkout+ was purchased.
GRINMORE is not held responsible for any missing accessories within a footwear product which are to be provided by the original manufacturer, such as but not limited to: spare shoelaces, original tissue paper, hangtags, deubré, shoe trees/horns, etc. GRINMORE is not responsible for issues relating to original footwear boxes delivered with slight and/or significant imperfections. We do not provide any form of reimbursement for this matter.

Items eligible for refund or exchange must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached.
Exchanges will ONLY be made for the correct item or size.

Customers in the European Union
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order and receive a refund.
